Competitive antagonist at Pl-linked metabotropic glutamate receptors and L-AP4-like presynaptic glutamate autoreceptors. Prevention of NMDA receptor-dependent and NMDA receptor-receptor-independent LTP has been reported. Soluble in dilute aqueous base. Store at room temperature.
